MGLine Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

MGLine operates as an online gaming and entertainment platform offering real-money games including Teen Patti, Ludo, Aviator, Baccarat, Live Casino tables, and Crash Games. All games are available to eligible registered players through the MGLine website and any associated applications.

These Terms and Conditions apply to every aspect of your relationship with MGLine — account creation, deposits, gameplay, bonuses, withdrawals, the referral programme, and all communications with the support team. They are effective from the moment you complete registration and continue to apply for the lifetime of your account, including after account closure for any transactions that remain outstanding.

• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from MGLine or any other gaming platform through a self-exclusion request you have submitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business, or third party when creating or using an account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of MGLine or any company in the same group.

MGLine may require age verification documentation at any point during your use of the platform. If you are unable to provide satisfactory documentation proving your age, your account may be restricted or closed and any winnings arising during the unverified period may be forfeited.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on MGLine. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same phone number, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and any other information requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. MGLine will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact MGLine support immediately at support@mgline.app.

All transactions on MGLine are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). MGLine accepts deposits through Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. The available deposit methods may be updated from time to time.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page in your MGLine account. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by MGLine at the platform level, though your payment provider may impose its own limits.

Deposits are credited to your MGLine balance once confirmed by the relevant payment processor. MGLine is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, telecommunications providers, or banking systems. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

All payment methods used for deposits must belong to the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If a deposit is made from a payment source that is not registered in your name, the deposit may be reversed and the account restricted pending investigation.

Withdrawals from MGLine are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from fraud. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, MGLine's support team will work with you to arrange an alternative method that is registered in your name.

Before processing a withdrawal, MGLine may require you to complete identity and payment verification. Withdrawals are subject to any applicable wagering requirements from bonuses claimed. Bets placed on disconnected sessions: if your internet connection drops during a live game, any bet placed before disconnection will stand. Referral rewards are subject to the following conditions:

• The referred player must register using your unique referral code or link and must be a genuinely new player — not an existing MGLine account holder.

• Referring players to exploit bonuses, participate in bonus abuse, or circumvent any rules constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in all referral earnings being forfeited.
• Referring minors is a serious breach and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all referral earnings.
• Self-referrals — using your own referral code to create a second account — are prohibited and treated as a duplicate account violation.
• Referral rewards are credited once the qualifying deposit by the referred friend is confirmed. Rewards cannot be reversed by the referred player's subsequent actions unless the original referral violated these terms.

MGLine reserves the right to modify the referral programme terms, tier structure, and reward amounts at any time with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect rewards already credited to your account at the time of the change.

MGLine is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the platform. All games on MGLine involve real money and real financial risk. The following activities are strictly prohibited on MGLine. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Creating or operating more than one MGLine account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity or payment information.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated tools to interact with games or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings from exploited errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multi-player games such as Teen Patti.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods for deposits.
• Attempting to launder money through gaming activity on MGLine.
• Verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward other players or MGLine staff.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions including self-exclusions.
• Allowing a minor to access your MGLine account or register on your behalf.

MGLine may suspend or close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity on or related to the account.
• Chargebacks initiated against deposits made to the account.
• Player request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

When an account is closed at the player's request with no breach of terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on closure.

When an account is closed due to a breach of terms, MGLine reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance pending investigation. If fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full.

MGLine provides its platform and games on an "as available" basis. While MGLine makes every effort to maintain continuous service, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, and technical issues beyond MGLine's control may occasionally affect platform availability.

MGLine's liability to any player is limited to the amount held in that player's account at the time of any claim. MGLine is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from platform use, including but not limited to lost gaming opportunity during downtime.

MGLine is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules, a player's use of unauthorised software, or connectivity failures on the player's side. All game outcomes recorded by MGLine's server are treated as final and authoritative.

MGLine collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms, you also confirm acceptance of the Privacy Policy.
